Re: Almost 20 Years A Fan. in General Therapy? Topics

It was in march of 1994 when I first saw the Nowhere vid on TV. I was 14 at the time and thought: What the fuck is this? Living in the middle of nowhere (aha!) I never knew this kind of music even existed. I begged my parents to buy me a cd player (it was called “soundmachine” back then) and got Troublegum as one of my first albums. As so many on here, soon afterwards I taped the Brixton gig from MTV and played it to death. To this day I think the start of the concert with Stop It You’re Killing Me can not be surpassed. Ever. By any band. Oh the nostalgia. So I’m on board for almost 19 years now. Not only has T? accompanied me through my adolescence and all the things that typically come with it (Infernal Love being the soundtrack of my first “breakup” - if you want to call it that at the age of 16), T? introduced me to the world of Rock n Roll. Later this would result in lots of money well spent on cds, travelling to see gigs abroad and meeting many many nice & fun people. But enough with the story telling, I’ll blast out some T? tunes now, maybe it’ll have the same effect on my neighbor’s kids as it did on me almost 20 years ago :-)

Re: Least favorite T? song? in General Therapy? Topics

Skinning Pit features the line “leave me alone” at the beginning, doesn’t it? :-P Reminds me: Fantastic song, I’ll put on Pleasure Death right now.

Body Bag Girl without a shadow of a doubt. Its just fucking shit.

Amen. End of discussion.

Another two come to my mind: The Buzzing for obvious reasons and I never understood why they ruined the middle section of Deep Sleep with the rest of the song. Just awful.

But let’s look on the bright side: For a band existing as long as T? they have recorded very few stinkers :-)

Re: Infernal Love in full in Therapy? Live

Shameless in full? Count me in, an extended version of Body Bag Girl would be cool ;-)
