Gutted to hear it this morning , very sad news indeed.

@smeghead : apparently he developed a form of necrosis from the spider bite , meaning it destroyed tissue ( or flesh eating if you like ). Dunno if this caused the liver failure or if it was just the drink though.
Don’t think I wanna know either way.

Really hope they go ahead with the tour in his honour , although I’m not sure Gary Holt wants the job permanently ( think he already said he won’t quit Exodus ).

A CD box with the 5 CDs from River Runs Red till the Unplugged at Lowlands one , was only 18 euro at Tower Records which has to be a bargain.

Oh , and had my first ” fish pedicure ” yesterday. Strange yet fun experience and the feet are nice and smooth again.

Just heard I’ll be spending 2 weeks in a villa on that Palm Jumeirah Island in Dubai in December.

Guess there’s worse things in the world.

That new Black Sabbath tune is alright , although the vocals are a bit disappointing imo.

Have a couple of CDs that I never play and that I strategically leave lying around when there’s parties in my house in the hope that someone nicks them.
Would mostly be local or otherwise unknown bands that I bought CDs from when seeing them live and being drunk.

The blues legend that is Gino Buysrogge playing in The Pint in Dublin.

They started decorating my workplace with those motivational posters ( the non-funny kind ) and ones with like 4 words the first letters of which spell out TEAM and all that kind of nonsense.

Very enjoyable , all the old 80sand 90s rock shit played very well.

After the Cro-Mags gig in Dublin their guitarist asked out of the blue if anyone knew the T? lads and what they are up to these days.
Then introduced himself as Tom Capone ( from Quicksand fame ) who was filling in on guitar duties for a leg of the Cro-Mags tour.
Had only good things to say about T? and passed on his best wishes to the band.
