I am in an office in Cyprus. I was here yesterday. Yesterday the very attractive second-in-command of the organisaton was dressed ‘nicely’. Today, knowing I’d return, she is seriously dressed to kill (I mean she looks seriously hot, not that she’s dressed like a ninja). Should I take this as a compliment?

Oh man, she keeps leaning over me to talk me through various files and smells really good, plus she’s being attentive to my needs (at least as far as coffee goes), if she gets any nicer I’m going to wimper.

Finally found a merino company that actually gets both it’s merino fabric & garments made in NZ. Happy days. Might still get a couple of bamboo baselayer tops for cycling as well as they’re a lot cheaper.

Has occurred you might have meant Merino - it’s a breed of sheep, the word (and the breed) is Spanish although most merino wool now comes from Aus & NZ.

I think it’s because as he delivers between 12-1 I’m always out and he has to take them back to the depot. Having said that I don’t send many letters and nobody I know does so at least it’s work for them, but I think I’m going to give him some beers when I actually see him. I do know a few posties who say leading up to christmas is a nightmare though.

Oh, yeah, in November and December last year barely a day went by where I wasn’t getting at least one package delivered - almost all my Xmas shopping was done online, plus my usual CD habit… but like you say, that kind of stuff is at least keeping them in work :-)

Bah, the Royal Mail never seem to dleiver anything to us these days, its all other delivery companies who’s depots are miles away (not many miles but driving 5 miles in London takes forever).
On mind at the moment:
1) I am a cold
2) Half think I shouldn’t have just had that small bottle of wine
3) Half wish I’d bought a bigger bottle of wine
4) The cute girl at work is currently in South America and probably hasn’t thought about me once whilst she’s beeen away, should I hack her work email?
5) Which is better Superman or Superman II, and whilst we’re on the subject, which is better a one or two fingered salute?
