Excellent news : Ricky Warwick will be special guest support on Therapy?’s forthcoming UK/European Autumn tour !!!
Ricky is extremely pleased to announce that he will be special guest support on fellow N. Irish rockers Therapy?’s UK and European Autumn Tour. Both artists are signed to the Demolition/DR2 label and both have released new studio albums earlier this year : “Belfast Confetti” by Warwick and “Crooked Timber” by Therapy?

Yep, Ricky is a good choice. He played my local last year to about 20 punters. Didn’t matter a fuck though, he still gave it loads as if he was playing to 2000. A sound bloke to chat to afterwards as well.

I just hope they play Ireland on this tour!

I am looking forward to this even more. I liked the Almighty but wouldn’t say that I was a fan in a sense that I followed them, but a good band none the less. Having read the above thread saying that he played to 20 people as if he was playing to 2000 speaks volumes.

This should be a good night(s) for us.

It’s always a bonus to want to specifically see the support act when you go to a gig - the number of times this has happened to me I could likely count on two hands. Seen The Almighty a couple of times but never seen Ricky’s solo shows - but am looking forward to doing so…

Now I think about it, the last time I saw Ricky Warwick wasn’t on a stage - it was in the very venue T? will play in London: the Garage - he was in the crowd (with Andy) enjoying the Yo-Yos…

Friend of mine ( former drum tech for Therapy? in Fyfe’s days ) played bass in Sic with Rickie.
The man’s a legend on his own and the subject of a thousand juicy anecdotes.

The aftershows with Rickie and T? promise to be rather interesting to say the least :)
