A very handy colleague who ownes various American cars including a Corvette completely modified for street racing, gave me a helping hand today. He welded a piece of metal on a hole in the chassis today. This hole was right under the battery tray. We also replaced the tray itself by a new one. Thanks, Lucky Luke!

The bottomside of the hood didn't look that great, with surface rust here end there. I decided to clean and sandpaper it and spray-paint it black like the engine compartment.
I also replaced the painted rear and front bumperguards by much better chrome ones. These were a gift from my girlfriend Aimee
