With half the engine still missing, we replaced the rear shock absorbers today.

Cilinder heads

I completely removed the "thermactor exhaust control system". I'm in Holland and not in California, now am I? So, why put up with this 'clean-air-pump' which takes up a lot of space in the engine compartment. This did not go without problems, though. When placing a bolt in the cilinder head to fill the hole left by removing the thermactor, the damn thing broke! Oops!

I decided to take out the cilinder heads, and have them revised, while also being able to remove the broken bolt. Besides being revised they will also be modified to handle unleaded fuel. But... before revision I had to remove that damn bolt. Tricky stuff, I must say, but in the end it all turned out great, and the bolt was removed succesfully!
